AXECREW HUB TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: September 17, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of AxeCrew Hub, The Axe Crew Discord community, and related services provided through RagingAxeMan.com. By creating an account, connecting Discord or Twitch, submitting an application, or otherwise using AxeCrew Hub, you agree to these Terms.
- ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years old and meet the minimum age required by Discord, Twitch, and the laws applicable to you.
Access to areas identified as 18+ is limited to members who have received the appropriate 18+ Verified role within The Axe Crew Discord server.
You must be a member of The Axe Crew Discord server and possess the required Axe Crew role to access the dashboard. Losing the required role or leaving the server may automatically suspend your dashboard access.
- CONNECTED ACCOUNTS
AxeCrew Hub allows members to connect Discord and Twitch accounts. You authorize AxeCrew Hub to access the limited account information and permissions displayed during each provider’s authorization process.
You may not connect an account that you do not own or have permission to control. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord, Twitch, WordPress, and other connected accounts.
Your use of Discord, Twitch, ID.me, and other third-party services remains subject to their respective terms and policies.
- DISCORD ROLE SYNCHRONIZATION
Discord is the authoritative source for AxeCrew membership and community roles. AxeCrew Hub may periodically retrieve and synchronize your Discord server membership, username, nickname, avatar, and assigned roles.
Roles added or removed in Discord may be automatically added to or removed from your AxeCrew Hub profile. Administrative access may be immediately revoked when the corresponding Discord role is removed.
- VETERAN VERIFICATION
AxeCrew Hub may offer an optional ID.me verification process for members seeking the protected Veteran role.
Verification is completed through ID.me. AxeCrew Hub does not request or intend to store identification documents, Social Security numbers, military records, or other unnecessary sensitive documents.
Successful verification may result in the Veteran role being assigned automatically in The Axe Crew Discord server. Verification does not create any entitlement to benefits, employment, compensation, or government services.
Attempting to falsify veteran status, use another person’s identity, or circumvent the verification process may result in immediate removal and account suspension.
- TWITCH FEATURES
Members may connect their Twitch accounts to display their channels, live status, stream information, and profile details.
Certain authorized broadcasters may use AxeCrew Hub to initiate a Twitch raid. A raid can only be initiated using the Twitch account and permissions authorized by that broadcaster.
Participation in featured-stream promotions, raffles, raids, or community support programs does not guarantee viewers, followers, subscriptions, Affiliate status, Partner status, revenue, or any other result.
AxeCrew Hub must not be used to create artificial engagement, manipulate viewer counts, evade Twitch enforcement, or violate Twitch’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
- PUSH AND STREAM TEAM APPLICATIONS
Eligible members may apply for Partner Pushes, Affiliate Pushes, or the AxeCrew Stream Team when applications are enabled.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or selection. AxeCrew administrators and moderators may approve, deny, pause, reconsider, or remove an application or featured placement at their discretion.
Approval for the AxeCrew Stream Team may cause the corresponding Discord role to be assigned automatically. The role and team membership may be removed for inactivity, misconduct, loss of eligibility, or violation of these Terms or community rules.
- DAILY DRAWINGS
AxeCrew Hub may conduct periodic drawings to select eligible members for featured-stream placements.
These drawings have no purchase requirement and do not award money or items of monetary value. They are community promotional selections, not gambling, lotteries, sweepstakes, or contests offering prizes.
Eligibility rules, repeat-selection limits, availability, and drawing schedules may be changed to maintain fairness and community operations. Technical failures or eligibility errors may require a drawing to be corrected or repeated.
- ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- Impersonate another person or connect an account you do not control.
- Submit false information or fraudulent verification claims.
- Harass, threaten, exploit, or discriminate against other members.
- Attempt to access administrative features without authorization.
- Probe, attack, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt AxeCrew Hub.
- Upload or transmit malware, malicious code, or unlawful content.
- Manipulate raffles, applications, raids, engagement, or live-stream statistics.
- Violate Discord, Twitch, ID.me, or other applicable platform rules.
- Use AxeCrew Hub for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
- MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT
The Axe Crew may warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently remove members for violations of these Terms, community rules, platform policies, or applicable law.
Access may also be suspended for security concerns, technical problems, removal from the Discord server, or loss of the required Axe Crew role.
Community administrators may preserve relevant audit records when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect members, or enforce these Terms.
- USER CONTENT
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant The Axe Crew a limited, nonexclusive license to display and process submitted profile information, application responses, Twitch channel information, and other content as necessary to operate AxeCrew Hub.
You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide.
- THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
AxeCrew Hub depends on services operated by Discord, Twitch, ID.me, WordPress, hosting providers, and other third parties.
The Axe Crew does not control and is not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, account decisions, security incidents, content, or policies. Features may become unavailable when a third-party service changes or terminates access.
- SERVICE AVAILABILITY
AxeCrew Hub is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
The Axe Crew does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, permanent data retention, featured placement, or any specific promotional outcome.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Axe Crew, RagingAxeMan, and their administrators, moderators, representatives, and contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use AxeCrew Hub.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
- INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold harmless The Axe Crew, RagingAxeMan, and their administrators, moderators, representatives, and contributors from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of AxeCrew Hub, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
- CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These Terms may be updated as AxeCrew Hub develops or legal and platform requirements change. The updated effective date will appear at the top of this page.
Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in South Carolina unless applicable law requires otherwise.
