AXECREW HUB PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how The Axe Crew and RagingAxeMan (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, store, and share information through AxeCrew Hub, RagingAxeMan.com, and related community services.

By using AxeCrew Hub, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

  1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

A. Discord Information

When you connect Discord, we may receive and store:

  • Your Discord user ID
  • Username and display name
  • Server nickname
  • Avatar
  • Membership in The Axe Crew Discord server
  • Roles assigned to you within the server
  • Authorization information necessary to connect your account

We use this information to authenticate you, confirm that you possess the required Axe Crew role, display your community profile, synchronize role badges, and determine dashboard permissions.

Discord remains the authoritative source for server membership and roles.

B. Twitch Information

When you connect Twitch, we may receive and store:

  • Your Twitch user ID
  • Username and display name
  • Profile image
  • Channel information
  • Live or offline status
  • Current stream title and category
  • Affiliate or Partner information when available
  • OAuth authorization tokens and approved permissions

We use this information to display your Twitch profile, identify when your channel is live, manage featured-stream opportunities, and allow you to initiate authorized raids from your own Twitch channel.

We do not request or store your Twitch password.

C. Member Profile and Application Information

We may collect information you submit through AxeCrew Hub, including:

  • Streaming schedule
  • Primary games or content
  • Average viewer information
  • Partner Push applications
  • Affiliate Push applications
  • AxeCrew Stream Team applications
  • Reasons provided in support of an application
  • Application status and administrative notes
  • Featured-stream and drawing history

D. Discord Roles and Community Status

AxeCrew Hub may display roles associated with your community profile, including Axe Crew, VIP, Twitch Subscriber, military branch, Veteran, Firefighter/EMT, Law Enforcement, Nurse, Moderator, Axe Command, and Stream Team roles.

The 18+ Verified role is used for access control and is not intended to appear publicly on member profile cards.

E. Veteran Verification

If ID.me verification becomes available, members may voluntarily use ID.me to verify military or veteran affiliation.

The verification process occurs through ID.me. We intend to receive and store only:

  • Confirmation of verified military or veteran status
  • A unique identifier or protected hash used to associate the verification with an AxeCrew account
  • The date or current status of verification when available

We do not request or intend to store identification documents, Social Security numbers, military discharge documents, service records, home addresses, biometric information, or copies of evidence submitted to ID.me.

Successful verification may cause the Veteran role to be assigned automatically in The Axe Crew Discord server.

F. Technical Information

Our website and hosting systems may automatically collect:

  • IP address
  • Browser and device information
  • Date and time of access
  • Pages and features used
  • Login and security events
  • Error and diagnostic information
  • Cookies and session identifiers
  1. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use collected information to:

  • Create and manage AxeCrew Hub accounts
  • Authenticate members through Discord
  • Confirm membership in The Axe Crew server
  • Enforce the required Axe Crew role
  • Synchronize Discord roles and dashboard permissions
  • Connect and display Twitch channels
  • Show live-stream information
  • Operate Partner and Affiliate Pushes
  • Process Stream Team applications
  • Conduct and audit Daily Axe Pick drawings
  • Assign approved Discord roles
  • Facilitate broadcaster-authorized Twitch raids
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, impersonation, and unauthorized access
  • Investigate violations of community rules
  • Maintain security and service reliability
  • Communicate important account or service information
  • Comply with legal obligations
  1. LEGAL BASES AND CONSENT

We process information when necessary to provide AxeCrew Hub, with your consent when you connect third-party accounts or submit verification, and for legitimate interests such as community administration, security, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

You may disconnect a third-party account or request deletion of eligible information, subject to security, legal, and record-retention requirements.

  1. HOW INFORMATION IS SHARED

We may share information with:

  • Discord, as required to authenticate accounts and manage server roles
  • Twitch, as required to retrieve stream information or perform actions you authorize
  • ID.me, if you voluntarily begin veteran verification
  • WordPress, website-hosting, security, email, and technical-service providers
  • Authorized AxeCrew administrators or moderators who require access to review applications, manage members, or investigate abuse
  • Government authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security

We do not sell personal information.

We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

  1. PUBLIC INFORMATION

Certain information may be visible to other AxeCrew members or website visitors, depending on dashboard configuration. This may include:

  • Discord display name
  • Discord avatar
  • Selected community role badges
  • Twitch username and profile image
  • Live or offline status
  • Stream title and category
  • Featured-stream placement
  • Stream Team status

Administrative notes, OAuth tokens, private application details, ID.me identifiers, and security records are not intended for public display.

  1. COOKIES AND SESSIONS

AxeCrew Hub and WordPress may use cookies or similar technologies to:

  • Keep you signed in
  • Maintain secure authorization sessions
  • Prevent cross-site request forgery
  • Remember preferences
  • Protect the website from abuse
  • Measure service performance

Browser settings may allow you to block some cookies, but doing so may prevent login or dashboard features from functioning.

  1. OAUTH TOKENS AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

Discord, Twitch, and ID.me connections use authorization methods that allow access without providing us with your third-party passwords.

Authorization tokens are restricted to the permissions displayed during connection and are stored for the operation of approved features. We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect account information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

You should immediately revoke connected-app access through the applicable third-party account if you believe your account has been compromised.

  1. DATA RETENTION

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Maintain your account and provide AxeCrew Hub
  • Preserve application and drawing history
  • Enforce community rules
  • Prevent fraud and repeat abuse
  • Meet security, legal, and operational requirements

If you leave The Axe Crew server or lose the required role, your dashboard access may be suspended while limited account and audit information is retained.

We may retain security logs, moderation records, application decisions, and drawing records after account deletion when reasonably necessary for legitimate operational or legal purposes.

  1. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to personal information associated with your account
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of eligible information
  • Withdraw consent for optional verification
  • Disconnect Discord or Twitch authorization
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Request information about how your data is used

Some information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of community rules.

  1. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

AxeCrew Hub is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Members must also satisfy the minimum age requirements imposed by Discord, Twitch, and applicable law. Areas designated as 18+ require the appropriate community verification role.

If we learn that personal information was collected from a child who is not legally eligible to use the service, we will take reasonable steps to remove it.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

AxeCrew Hub integrates with third-party services that maintain their own privacy policies and security practices. These services include Discord, Twitch, ID.me, WordPress, and website-hosting providers.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. You should review their policies before connecting an account or submitting information.

  1. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING

Our website and service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Data-protection laws may differ between jurisdictions.

  1. SECURITY

We use reasonable measures intended to protect personal information, including access restrictions, authorization controls, role-based permissions, secure connections, audit records, and limited collection of sensitive information.

Members are responsible for protecting their own Discord, Twitch, WordPress, email, and ID.me accounts.

  1. DATA BREACH NOTIFICATION

If we discover a security incident affecting personal information, we will investigate and provide notice when required by applicable law. Notice may be delivered through the website, Discord, email, or another appropriate method.

  1. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy when AxeCrew Hub changes or when legal and third-party platform requirements are updated.

The revised effective date will appear at the top of the policy. Continued use after an update means the revised policy applies to future use of the service.
